SwingFit Munster Kettlebells presents

CORK KETTLEBELL SPORT COMPETITION
in aid of Cork Simon Community

Kettlebell sport athletes of all levels are invited to take part in this event in aid of people who are homeless. Events during the day include Jerk, Snatch and Long Cycle, with each event lasting 5 minutes. The 5 minute time is ideal for beginners, while more experienced athletes can use the competition as an opportunity to lift more weight and aim for higher reps.

You can enter one, two or all three events.

Entries are through www.swingfit.ie and registration closes March 3rd. Competition rules will be posted to applicants upon registration.
