Now in its eigth year, the Cork Simon Golf Classic is a well established event on the golfing calendar, attracting avid and novice golfers alike.

Join the fun this year and be in with the chance of winning some great prizes while raising much needed funds for Cork Simon Community.

The format for the May 23rd competition is a four ball with two to count on the par threes, one of the par fours and fives and all four to count on the 18th hole. There will also be a nearest the pin competition on the 12th hole. Tee off times range from 8am to 4pm and teams of four are invited to sign up for the popular event.

The cost of registration is €500 per team of four players and includes a light breakfast or lunch before tee off and dinner at the clubhouse for each team after their game.

Sponsorship of the event by BAM Contractors and organisation by Arup ensures that the entire proceeds from the Golf Classic will go directly to supporting people in Cork who are homeless.
