Tax Efficient Giving

Make Your Gifts Go Even Further at No Extra Cost to You!

Did you know that if you give gifts of €250 or more in one calendar year, your gift could be worth at least an additional €112.50 to Cork Simon Community?

To be eligible you must:

  • Have donated €250 or more to Cork Simon last year.
  • Have paid tax in the last tax year.
  • Donated yourself directly rather than sponsored a friend or taken part in a raffle or collection.

We need you to complete, sign and return your CHY3 Tax Form to unlock these funds.

You can simply Download, Print and Complete Revenue's CHY 3 Form, and return it to:

Cork Simon Community, St Nicholas House, Cove Street, Cork.

The form is valid for five years (unless you chose to cancel it), which helps lower our administration costs allowing for greater impact on the work we do to improve the lives of people who are homeless in Cork.

With this scheme we have the potential to unlock much needed income which could fund the delivery of a range of services that will support people who are homeless here in Cork. These funds will be lost to us unless you sign and return your tax-back form today.
