Organise a fundraising event or activity

Hi - my name is Margaret O'Sullivan and you can contact me if you are organising your own fundraiser for us here at Cork Simon.

I can provide advice and information to help you make your fundraiser a great success.

I look forward to hearing from you and about your plans.

Cake sales, table quizzes, coffee mornings, personal challenges, concerts
– these are just some of the many events and activities supporters like you organise to raise funds to help in our fight against homelessness. You can help too!

Contact me today - or if you'd prefer, complete this form with the details of your event and I will get back to you.

Visit our Frequently Asked Questions page. Our supporters find these helpful too.

You'll be able to set-up your own Fundraising Page here shortly if you're planning to raise funds for us online. Set-up will be simple and you will be able to share it with your social media friends and contacts.

See a listing of our upcoming Events & Activities that you or any of our supporters can participate in. We can help promote your event here too.

I'm really looking forward to hearing about your plans.

Margaret.

    50 years of Cork Simon

Anton Wallich-Clifford, a probation officer working in London in the fifties and sixties, founded the Simon Community in London. He travelled to Cork in 1971 to help found Cork Simon Community. A small group of volunteers immediately started a regular count of the number of people sleeping rough and established a nightly Soup Run - a service that continues to operate to this day.
