Gender Pay Gap

The gender pay gap is the difference in the average hourly wage of men and women across the workforce. The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 requires organisations to report on their hourly gender pay gap across a range of metrics.

2024 was the first year that organisations with less than 250 employees but more the 150 employees were required to report on their gender pay gap.

We are reporting a negative gender pay gap of -7.4% for 2025 among all staff at Cork Simon and South East Simon Communities.
